PLEASE NOTE:

• All drivers must be 21 years of age or older to operate a vehicle.
• All drivers must have proof of full insurance coverage and drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to and additional underage driver fee.
• Domestic/US Residents must have an Insurance plan of at least $30,000 of Auto Coverage and $50,000 of Liability Coverage.
• Additional Supplemental Insurance can be purchased for $149 if minimum insurance requirements are not met.
• Domestic/US Residents with no insurance and International travelers must purchase an insurance coverage plan for $199 at time of check in.
• Drivers from outside of the United States must present Drivers License and Passport.
• Additional security deposit authorizations are required at time of check-in ($3,500 to $5,000) depending on vehicle.
• All vehicles are based on availability. In the case where your selected vehicle is not available, we will provide you with a comparable vehicle.
• Drivers License and Credit Card must be presented in own name.
• Divers may be subject to a Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles Check.
• Drivers must have a safe driving record.
• If you are a convicted felon you are NOT allowed to participate. We require that you sign a document stating that you are not a convicted felon at time of pick up.
• Photo Identification and the Credit Card used to make the reservation is required for verification purposes.

• Refund policy – All sales are final. Only store credit will be given based on the severity of the situation, and documentation supplied. Call (702) 333-0999 to rebook. Customers testing positive for Covid-19 will be issued a store credit good for 2 years.
